AS An EDUCATOR
As an educator, she has served for more than a decade. She started her teaching career as a TGT of Geography. She taught in many reputed schools in her locality, like DPS (Delhi Public School) and DAV schools. After teaching in numerous reputed schools, her keen desire to do more in education led her to do higher studies in the “Education” subject field. So, she did her M.Ed. at St. Xavier’s College of Education, Patna. She cleared her UGC NET exams with good marks and switched her career from “Student teaching to Teacher training”. She worked in many B.Ed. Colleges as an Assistant Professor and gained experience in Teacher training. She trained thousands of teachers, and they are doing good in their field.
She prepared numerous Academic courses like UGC NET Paper I and UGC NET Paper II (Education, Geography& English), and also some Non-academic courses for the skill development of everyone, like soft skill enhancement courses, Fluent English-speaking courses, Public speaking courses, NLP practice, Psychotherapy, Memory Mastery etc. These courses are available in English and Hindi languages.
AS An AUTHOR
She has been writing poems since her childhood, but it doesn’t get published or get any recognition. From college, writing good notes and a diary regularly prepared her as an aspirant author. As a part of the academic field, she has to write something regularly, whether lesson plans or speeches for various events and activities. She presented many research papers in various National and International Educational Seminars.
She has been awarded Ranjit Ghosh Memorial Award for the Best Paper writing and presentation titled “Gender Differences in Education: Trends and Perspectives” on the subtheme Gender-Issues: Properties and Challenges, organised by the Centre for Gender Studies, Patna.
